Part function
Connection points, mating surfaces and downstream operations are incorporated into the production plan.
About us / Since 2005
A defined process for each part,
from drawing to dispatch.
Since 2005, we have manufactured sheet metal parts, formed components and welded subassemblies for automotive and rail customers in Kazan, Ankara. We begin by understanding the part’s role in its assembly. Its number, current drawing, material, tolerances and order quantity form the basis of the production route.
Across two facilities, we carry out laser and CNC punch cutting, press brake bending, hydraulic forming and deep drawing, roll forming, robotic welding and assembly. We design and manufacture press dies, with machining and finishing completing the process. We select only the operations needed for each part, based on its geometry, material and production quantity.
Inspection points are defined alongside the production route. Dimensions, angles, surfaces and joints are checked at the relevant operations; part identity, quantity and packaging are verified before dispatch. We assess each project against the applicable welding scope of our EN 15085-2 CL1 and ISO 3834-2 certificates. Our management systems support quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and information security practices.

How we work
Connection points, mating surfaces and downstream operations are incorporated into the production plan.
Drawing revision, material, geometry, tolerances and quantity guide cutting, forming and inspection.
Customer drawings and project information are kept within the job scope; material shared externally is reviewed separately.
Our manufacturing approach
Part number, current drawing revision, material, critical dimensions and order quantity are reviewed.
Machines and tools are selected; press dies are designed and manufactured if needed. Inspection points are included in the plan.
Cutting, forming, welding and assembly follow the sequence defined for the part.
Measurements are taken at relevant stages; the finished part is checked against its requirements.
Part identity, dispatch quantity and packaging receive a final check.
Our approach to quality
Checks for dimensions, angles, surfaces and joints are carried out at the relevant production stages and before dispatch.
Part identity, drawing revision and material requirements are verified; inspection characteristics are identified.
Dimensions, angles, surfaces and joints are checked at the relevant operations.
Final inspection is completed, and part identity, quantity and packaging are verified.
Continuous improvement
We use 8D reports to record root causes, corrective actions and outcomes. These records inform decisions aimed at preventing similar nonconformities.
Our ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certificates cover quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems. Our ISO/IEC 27001 certificate relates to information security management in our metalworking services.
