Cutting, forming, tooling and joining steps are defined alongside inspection points.
Operations are checked; part identity, quantity and packaging are verified before dispatch.

Material, geometry and joint details are considered alongside assembly requirements. Together, they guide the production route and its inspection points.
For rail projects, we manufacture sheet metal parts, bent profiles and welded subassemblies. Connection points, welded joints and mating surfaces are considered together in the production plan. Welding requirements are assessed against the relevant certification scope.

About us
The drawing, material and assembly requirements form the basis of a practical production route. Our team brings its manufacturing experience to decisions about dies, tooling and process sequence.
Since 2005, our work in Kazan, Ankara has focused on sheet metal parts and welded subassemblies for automotive and rail applications.
